Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Handle cross-functional tasks supporting the Corporate department, including accounting, HR, and labor affairs. Go beyond routine duties to become a vital hub ensuring smooth internal operations.
  • Leverage your existing administrative experience in tasks like accounting processing and attendance management while also tackling payroll calculations.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding administration, ensuring timely payroll updates and accurate employee records.

  • Communicate proactively with internal members, external vendors, and office support partners.
  • Handle confidential employee information with professionalism and discretion.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in Human Resources, accounting, labor administration, or a related back-office function.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Fundamental IT literacy (Google Workspace).
  • Business-level English (TOEIC 730+, TOEFL iBT80+) with ability to participate in team meetings and understand company guidelines in English.
  • Professional-level Japanese (JLPT N2 or above), with strong reading ability for official administrative and social insurance documents.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy when handling documents.

 

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: JPY 3,500,000 – 5,000,000 per year

Contract Structure: They provide one year fixed term contracts for all new employees. The contracts are converted into permanent contracts upon new members meeting their standards and contributing effectively to their success.

Flexible Work Hours: the core hours of 10:00 – 16:00

Hybrid Work: Work on-site twice a week, work remotely three times a week
