Job Description

To smoothly implement our “Inspection App Solution” and “AI Automation Solution for Distribution Centers,” which are driving the next generation of the logistics industry, we are recruiting a technical promotion staff member to directly support our CTO.

This position plays a crucial role in accelerating the CTO’s decision-making and bridging the gap between our multinational engineering team and domestic clients and partner companies. We are seeking a “right-hand person” to lead projects to success, utilizing a deep understanding of technology and advanced communication skills.

■ Job Details:
◇ Project Promotion and Progress Management
└ Proactively identify and manage project issues, manage progress, prioritize and manage tasks, and adjust schedules based on the CTO’s instructions.

◇ Acting as a Hub for Multilingual Communication
└ Smooth communication (in English) with the non-Japanese-speaking foreign engineering team within the company.

└ Professional negotiation (in Japanese) with Japanese representatives at clients and partner companies.

◇Document Creation and Management
– Creation and management of meeting minutes, reports, and project progress management charts in both English and Japanese.

◇CTO Duty Assistance
– Attending meetings on behalf of the CTO and optimizing the CTO’s schedule.

Requirements

• IT Development Management Experience
– Experience in IT solution development management (PM/PL, PMO, or equivalent work), and the ability to understand and implement issue management and progress management frameworks.

* Required Japanese language : Fluent level (ability to build relationships with domestic companies and possessing complete business etiquette)

* Required English language : Business level

Preferred Requirements

• Knowledge of AI (image recognition, optimization algorithms, etc.)
• Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management (SCM)

Terms and Conditions

  • Annual Salary: 5 – 15 million JPY

  • Bonus: None

  • Salary Increase: Once a year

  • Probation Period: 6 months

  • Location: Tokyo

  • Social Insurance: Fully covered

  • Working Hours: Flexible hours. Core time: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

  • Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, and National Holidays

  • Average Overtime: 20~30 hours

  • Smoking Cessation Measures: Non-smoking indoors
