As a Sales Account Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for high-intent prospects in the US and European markets. This role is designed for an experienced, self-driven professional who can operate independently within the Americas time zone to provide seamless service to our target markets.
You will initially focus on fielding and qualifying meetings generated by our external SDR partners, with the clear trajectory to manage the entire sales lifecycle.
<Key Responsibilities>
・Full-Cycle Sales Management: Lead prospects through the discovery-to-close cycle, identifying specific learning needs and proposing optimal solutions.
・Inbound Response: Efficiently manage and qualify a high volume of meetings generated by external SDR vendors.
・Strategic Growth: Eventually absorb broader Business Development (BDR) responsibilities to identify and approach potential customers in the region.
・Market Focus: Target large enterprise clients across various industries, including pharmaceutical, financial, manufacturing, and retail.
・Independent Operation: Manage your workflow, CRM reporting, and client follow-ups with high autonomy, reporting back to the Tokyo-based leadership during established time frames.
・Experience: 2+ years of demonstrated success in corporate sales (SaaS, consulting, or professional services).
・Sales Acumen: Proven record of generating sales opportunities from marketing qualified leads and managing discovery calls.
・Remote Mastery: A documented track record of working independently and effectively in a remote-first environment.
・Language: Native-level English proficiency with a clear, neutral accent for professional communication with US/EU enterprise clients.
・Infrastructure: Candidates must have access to high-speed enterprise-grade internet and a professional home office environment.
Conversational Japanese proficiency (to facilitate internal communication with the Tokyo headquarters) and experience in the SaaS industry.
Annual Salary: Negotiable (determined based on experience)
*Salary can be increased based on performance during quarterly performance reviews.
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Location: Remote (Work operates on US time. Relocation to the US, Costa Rica, or Mexico after joining the company is possible. Work locations must be within US time limits.)
Working Hours: Flexible working hours: 8 hours per day (working hours in US time)
Leave System: 120 days per year (weekends and public holidays), Golden Week, Summer holidays (3 days total between July and September), New Year holidays, bereavement leave, paid leave
