The company’s core technology is one that minimizes robot control programming using AI (machine learning).
Reduced costs: Instead of expensive specialized sensors, it enables high-precision object recognition and picking using inexpensive, general-purpose cameras.

In this position, you will support employees as the point of contact for daily internal IT support, while also being involved in server diagnostics and system administration tasks.
We welcome candidates who can work in a mixed environment of macOS, Windows, and Linux, and who can communicate technical matters smoothly in both English and Japanese.
■Specifically:
<Internal IT Support>
◇You will be responsible for all aspects of IT support for employees.
◇This includes PC troubleshooting, hardware upgrades, device configuration, and IT support for new hires and departures.
<Server Diagnostics and Maintenance>
You will access Linux servers and virtual machines (VMs) using SSH to perform system monitoring, fault response, and regular maintenance.
*Knowledge and experience with automation tools such as Ansible is a plus.
<Cross-Platform Management>
You will configure, operate, and maintain devices and software in macOS, Windows, and Linux environments.
<Problem Solving and Troubleshooting>
You will diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and basic network-related issues, and escalate them to senior engineers as needed.
<Document Management>
You will create and update internal documents such as work procedures, troubleshooting guides, and IT asset management documents.
◇Practical experience in IT support, help desk, or junior system administrator
◇Technical skills
– Practical knowledge of macOS, Windows, and Linux
– Experience with server access, diagnostics, and basic management using CLI (command line) and SSH
◇Language skills
The main business language within the company is English.
Japanese skills: Conversational level
• Experience using MDM (Mobile Device Management) tools (e.g., Jamf, Intune, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of networks, VPNs, and virtualization environments
Annual Salary: 5 – 7 million JPY
Bonus: None
Salary Increase: Once a year

Working Hours: Flexible hours. Core time: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, and National Holidays
Average Overtime: 20~30 hours
