■What is the EV Charging Infrastructure Business
This business involves the deployment of chargers to supply power and recharge the batteries of electric vehicles (EVs). They offer a full lineup of three uniquely developed charger types tailored to specific user needs:
・Basic Charging (3kW standard charger): Designed for apartment complexes
・En-route Charging (50-150kW rapid charger): Targeted at municipalities and roadside stations
・Destination Charging (6kW standard charger): For commercial facilities, hotels, and golf courses
EV drivers can conveniently manage the entire charging process, including payment via credit card, using a dedicated smartphone app. For charger site owners, we provide a management dashboard, delivering both hardware and software solutions to enhance usability and convenience.

■Future Business Prospects
With the Japanese government’s declaration to achieve 100% EV sales for new vehicles by 2035, the transition from gasoline and diesel vehicles to electric vehicles is expected to accelerate.

Job Description

This is a Senior/Lead full-stack Developer position with international team members.

  • Collaborate with development teams or other organizations to innovate features, manage operations, and fix bugs.
  •  Lead technical aspects of backend dashboard projects, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure smooth progress and timely deliverables.
  •  Own the quality of their product’s backend dashboard application.

[Environment]
Backend – Python, AWS Lambda, OpenSearch, AWS Services(CloudFormation, SAM, EventBridge Scheduler, CloudWatch etc)
Frontend – React.js, Typescript, Redux
DB – NoSQL, Dynamobd, Mysql

[Tools]
Jira, Confluence, GitHub, Slack, etc.

▶Team structure
The team consists of 28 members, including the CTO.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in building APIs from scratch
  • Strong understanding of Serverless Architecture and its best practices
  • Proficiency in software design and architecture
  • Led projects including task management, scheduling, and stakeholder collaboration
  • Communication skills in English, both written and verbal

 

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with a large user base development system
  • Japanese Language

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: JPY 5,000,000 〜JPY 8,000,000per year
Probation Period: 6 months
