The company operates its business based on a data science platform designed by former strategy consultants and professionals from AI companies. It provides end-to-end support across a wide range of industries including telecommunications, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, real estate, and trading companies—from AI/data strategy planning to data platform development and operational implementation.

2. Provision of business and IT support services related to the above
3. Human resource development to enable in-house data-driven management

Job Description

Based on your area of expertise and past experience, you will gradually be entrusted with the following responsibilities:

– Deepening client relationships to support proposal development and project acquisition

– Structuring and enhancing CRM management processes

– Designing and optimizing nurturing processes, including inside sales

– Planning and executing marketing initiatives to generate leads

– Developing new markets and expanding product functionalities based on client needs

Requirements

– At least 2 years of professional work experience
– Strong logical thinking ability, sharp insight, and capability to design sound business models
– Self-starter mindset with proactiveness, teamwork, perseverance, and willingness to handle hands-on tasks
– Strong documentation and presentation skills using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
– Japanese proficiency: N1 level

Preferred Qualifications

– High-level proficiency in both Japanese and English (many projects involve international team members)
– Knowledge of advanced technologies at the academic/research level and experience in publishing papers
– Experience in driving and managing product roadmaps in the data utilization domain

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: JPY 3,500,000 – 7,000,000 (including 45 hours of fixed overtime per month)
Bonus: None
Salary Revision: Once per year
Probation Period: 6 months
Location: Tokyo / Remote work (2 days remote, 3 day in office per week)
Social Insurance: Fully covered
Working Hours: Flexible working hours (core time: 11:00–16:00)
Holidays: Weekends and public holidays
Average Overtime: 10–20 hours per month
Smoking Policy: No smoking indoors
