Proxy Purchasing Service: A service that purchases products from Japanese online stores on behalf of overseas customers and ships them internationally.
Cross-border E-commerce Marketplace: A platform that allows Japanese sellers to easily expand and sell their products to global markets.
Subscription Box Service: A service that delivers curated Japanese products, such as stationery, to customers overseas on a regular basis.
International Workplace: Employees from over 30 countries across six continents, with a diverse age range from their 20s to 50s (approximately 46% non-Japanese employees as of January 2025).
Working Style: Flexible working hours (core time: 10:00–16:00) with facilities such as an in-house cafeteria.
Their Overseas Promotion and Marketing Support Services are expanding rapidly, supporting Japanese businesses in growing their presence overseas. As their client base grows, they are building their marketing team to better meet client needs and strengthen their ability to deliver localized digital marketing strategies across global markets.
They are looking for a digital marketing professional with experience targeting Traditional Chinese-speaking regions (e.g., Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macau). If you are based in Japan and ready to take on new challenges in a global environment, we would love to hear from you.
Salary: JPY 3,920,000 〜JPY 4,100,000per year
Based on previous experience and ability
・Bonus: twice a year (June and December)
・Salary evaluation: once a year
・3-month probationary period (Salary same as above)
・If the required period of employment is not met, the employee will not be eligible for their initial bonus.
Probation Period: 3 months

Working Hours:
・Standard working hours: 9:15 AM – 6:15 PM (8 working hours / 1 hour break)
・Flextime available: Start work anytime between 7:00 AM – 10:00 AM, with up to 2 hours of break time per day.
*Standard working hours apply during the initial training period (approx. 2 months).

・5-day workweek (Saturday & Sunday off)
・New Year holiday (4 days)
・Paid leave (26 days in year 1)
・Congratulatory and condolence leave

*Work is required on national holidays, excluding the New Year holiday.
Paid Vacation: 26 days of paid leave are provided from the first year, with the number increasing annually.
In 2024, the paid leave usage rate exceeded 80%.
